Sands Resort, North Bay, Scarborough
A mixed development of both exclusive residential and commercial located in Scarborough's North Bay. J & J. Carter were contracted to design and build the roof terrace canopies along with the balustrading. An engineered solution, designed to withstand the elements of the near-by North Sea and high winds, comprising a painted and galvanised mild steel framework with PTFE membranes and stainless steel tension cables has been installed.
