Worcestershire County Cricket Club

Situated within an important conservation area, the Worcestershire County Cricket Club ground boasts captivating views of Worcester Cathedral across the River Severn. The challenge presented itself when the Practice was approached to contribute to the design of the new club stand.

Preserving the iconic views of Worcester Cathedral was paramount, and the design needed to embody simplicity and elegance. DJD Architects enlisted J & J Carter to craft the tensile fabric canopy component for this project.

Our cutting-edge tensile fabric canopies not only offer shelter along the rear walkways of the stand but also safeguard the picturesque Cathedral skyline, enhancing the pavilion structure's visual appeal.
