King Edwards Grammar School

King Edwards Grammar School (KEGS) is one of England’s leading state grammar schools, and it has a history dating back to its foundation in 1551, and origins prior to that.

Architects, John Finch Partnership, were employed by the school to design and deliver a programme of redevelopment works which involved the delivery of a Canopy.

Builders, A.W Hardy, contracted J & J Carter to design and build the canopy. The canopy design is very similar to that delivered at Lord Wandsworth College in Hampshire.
